Adam arrived swiftly on a same-day call to repair our broken spring. He quickly assessed the entire system and provided a report with his recommendations. Adam thoroughly explained the process and answered all of my questions along the way. The work was completed quickly, and I was given a tour of the service as well as advice on future maintenance. While the price seemed on the higher end, the same day service paired with the quality of the technician seems hard to beat.

The guys did a great job. Got here on time, friendly and joking around but were professional and good at the job. Door looks sharp. They even saw my wife's magnetic decorative hardware I had pulled off the old door before they arrived and put it on the new door. Great service.

Yes to all questions above,What a quick and smooth operation to get my broken spring replaced, installer Alex checked things out and gave me the what’s what about everything very quickly, talked with me about everything on the repair/replace list, gave me the quote to which I agreed and went to work right away, he told me how long it would take and was right on, very professional and most important to me they were not only on time but called me to check if we could do a little earlier then the 2-4 window, this is my first time dealing with a garage door repair and if I have to again I know who to call thanks much I appreciate you.

Their crew came out the next day fir a quote. Quote was higher than expected but they walked me through the "why's" and pointed out where the original installer used cheap parts. In some areas, the original installer didn't include parts. We bought out home out of foreclosure and figured the bank went cheap, this confirmed it. I felt as though we received a great deal from knowledgeable technicians and would have them back again when needed.

We were having an intermittent problem with the sensors. I thought perhaps the sensors were failing. I had checked the alignment, connectors, and cleanliness but the intermittency continued. Erik came on time and found the issue within 10 minutes. He also did the safety check and applied silicone lubricant to all moving parts. The opener is. Now operating like new.

Nothing but good things to say about the service and attention to detail provided by Devon from Precision Door MN. Arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem quickly and gave us a quote that given the circumstances seemed more than reasonable to me. I’ve read other reviews about the cost of parts that can be found online vs what the various garage door companies charge, but there is no way I could have bought those parts myself and done what Devon did to resolve the issue we had and in the time he did. I’m totally confident the charge for parts and expertise that Precision Door brought to the table were well worth the call. I have a much better working door system than anything I could have done myself.
