Fast next day service when one cable broke, door hung crooked about 2 ft off ground. Track bent as a result, so that had to be replaced. John was excellent, showed us in detail what needed to be repaired and why, worked very efficiently and cleaned up as he went so no materials were left behind for us to dispose of. We also had him replace the weather strip on both doors (badly needed long before the cable broke) and he showed us what to do to prevent similar damage in the future. Reset the springs and lubed everything. The cost was very reasonable for the amount of work done on our 26-yr-old doors. I recommend John and Precision Door St. Paul. Great work.

I did a little research before I settled on this company to fix the broken springs on my garage door. Making the appointment was super easy. We happened to be busy the day of so I had to call back to change my appointment to the next day. The customer service rep I spoke with was very nice and made a new appointment for me in no time. I appreciated that they did not make me wait more than a minute to speak to a rep. Our technician Devon was super informational and professional. He gave me a curiously call to ask if he could come by a little early, which I did not mind at all. My husband asked him tons of questions and he was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. It only took about an hour from the time Devon arrived to the time he replaced the springs. I would recommend Precision Door to anyone who needs any garage fix. SHOUT OUT to Devon! He did a great job with a positive attitude. It's hard now a day to get service with good attitude. That truly made this experience amazing.

My garage door opener broke Saturday evening. I called Sunday night and was able to make an appointment for Monday morning between 8 and 10. I didn't have to get up Monday morning to make phone calls to find someone to come out that morning. Service person called to let me know when he was on his way. He was friendly knowledgeable and explained my options without being pushy. He installed a new garage door opener, which is night and day better than the previous opener I had. I'm very pleased with my decision to go with this company and a new garage door opener.

Was very pleased with service performed. On a Saturday morning 1 of my door spring had broke leaving me in a little of a bind. I had called other service providers but could not make it out till the next day. Precision came out that day and completed the repair. John was on time and very efficient in performing the work.
