This is the second time I've needed these guys this year because my garage door decided to break in stages. I called the night the spring broke and the cables came off, and I had an appointment for the next morning, regardless of the 8 inch snowstorm. Alex reviewed the damage, gave me an estimate, replaced the spring, some brackets (optional, but starting to rust and get nasty so I said yes) and the cables. The whole thing took about an hour. Alex was very nice, thorough, efficient. The operation is quieter as well. Very happy with Precision Garage Door.

My experience with Precision Garage Door was great from the time I called for an appointment to the time the tech waved goodbye. The person answering the call was friendly and helpful. She explained their process so I knew what to expect. On the morning of the appointment the tech Chad called to say when he'd arrive. I received a text with a picture so I would know him. Chad reviewed the door, the hardware, the spring,and the motor. He explained the issue, gave recommendations for future, and maintenance. He was friendly and thorough, answered questions, gave me a time approximate for finishing the work and an estimate. All the parts were in the truck. He handled the payment, confirmed my email for a receipt. I now know about the lifespan of the equipment and even though mine is rather elderly, he said it was still working well and said there was no reason the replace it. No pressure. I would highly recommend this company

He came by to assess the situation, and I had something obstructing the sensor. I had more questions about the garage, and Jason patiently answered all of my many questions. Our garage door would not operate due to a broken spring, not a good deal, so I went on the internet and Precision had a lot of good ratings and comments. Its was later in the day so when I called, we were able to get an appointment at 8:00 the next day! Alex showed up and we had him replace both springs and he was done in a short amount of time. Everyone we dealt with was very kind and courteous. Definitely use again.

Troy was very professional from the time he arrived. He showed me step by step on all the issues that could be causing my door to fail. He found the problem and fixed it and showed me exactly what was causing the issue. He also game me a quote on some preventive maintenance that will cause further issues in the future.
