The spring on my garage door snapped, so I started searching google for repair companies, and after looking at the reviews, called Precision. Joshua arrived within two hours of making the call and addressed my concerns about the age of the door. After his inspection, he pointed out that in addition to the spring, the cables were a little worse for wear. The quote was reasonable, and the work was done very quickly. Now my garage door is working better and is quieter than it has been since I moved in. I will definitely keep Precision in mind for any future garage door issues.

I wanted to update my previous review to 5 stars from 1 star. Owner takes his business seriously and reached out to work things out. I have never had a business take the time to make their customers happy as much as Tom, the owner. The cables for my garage door open came off releasing the tension in tension bar. All tech had to do was reset tension bar and reconnect cables. No material provided judt labor. $385 and 20 minutes later he had job done. Way over priced...find a more reasonable company

I called and expected to first have to wait on the phone but got someone right away. Second I expected to get an appointment a few days down the road but they were out within hours and Third they were very responsible . Chris my service person was very professional and explained to me all that was wrong. Will highly recommend their services

My spring broke on my garage door. I called Precision to see if they could help. Amanda was very courteous and made sure she had all the right information and said she could have someone out that afternoon. Josh called to see if it was ok if he could come a little early. When he got here he look over my door and gave me quote and only sold me what I needed, he was not pushing to sell the whole package. He got started with the work, he was courteous, respectful and kind, he went above the call of duty, he did a great job; he fixed the spring and worked until he got the door quite and running smooth. It has never worked better. Thanks Josh Precision will be my go to for my garage door.

Everyone was very friendly and explained the process up front. Eli showed up and did a full inspection before giving his recommendations. Ian was great. He got there in the window that was promised, called when he was 30 min away. When he got he is was very personable, he showed me where the damage was and laid out all the options and was not pressuring and answered all my questions.
