Today Jamison came to our home (on time) to repair our broken garage door. We were not able to get cars out of the garage as the door had broken when we opened it in the AM. Jamison was very thorough in is inspection. Jamison reviewed with me anticipated costs prior to the work commencing. In what seems to be an era of poor customer service I was pleasantly surprised of the great service I received from Precision. They responded the same day, within the time period they said they would and called to tell me they were 20 minutes away for our appointment. Jameson was the technician, he was pleasant, very informative, diligent and good to work with. Installation of a new opener was quick; Jameson was very helpful getting all the remotes set and he explained the billing so I understood it completely. It might not be possible, but I'd suggest you ask for Jameson for all your service needs.

Your technician was excellent he was kind and courteous even though I was at work and talking through my daughter I was told that the service fee would be waived because our garage doors under warranty so when your technician get out here he informed of my daughter that The part that needs to be prepared was not covered by warranty and the charge would be $305 I informed my daughter that no we’re not going to pay for that and then he said well there’s a service charge and I informed my daughter that I am not paying for that either because when I called make the appointment I was told the service he would be waived and that everything on my garage door would be covered I am really not a Karen nor a difficult person I have my daughter felt terrible telling this technician that we’re not gonna pay the service charge but this is what I was told from your office when I was making this appointment so that’s the issue I have you know I paid $2000 for the garage door a little over 12 months ago you should stand up for your product no problem with your technician once again I told you he was kind and courteous and professional

I called at 2pm as my garage door would not open. They sent Colton out at 6pm and he was so accommodating. After along day at work and in hot weather, he was smiles. My garage door crashed down, locking in my car that was needed to pickup my disabled veteran husband from day center within the hour! (I called Precision Door from an online listing.) The telephone response woman not only provided an efficient and patient appointment, she pre-noted the emergency to the service rep who came to repair the door in enough time to fix the door so that I could meet the pickup deadline. Jonathan Zwart, the technician was professional, rapid and thorough in his diagnosis and repair. What a gem!

Awesome Service! I called to get my garage door fixed at 3:44pm, they put me in for an appointment at 4 pm and Jason called at 3:53pm saying he was on his way! Now that is prompt. Jason inspected the door, told me what was wrong and got it all done in about an hour to hour and half. He even was fine with my Cheweenie barking everytime he made the slightest noise. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone who needs their garage door fixed!!

The service Technician Mike was extremely competent, professional and friendly. My garage door has had a gap in it for years and another company tried but couldn't fix it. Precision came out within 2 hours of my call, closed the gap and did some proactive maintenance. The door works great now. I would highly recommend them.

Here's my experience with Precision Garage Door Twin Cities: I called them in the afternoon because one of my door cables broke and threw my whole garage door kitty wompus and stuck. They were able to come out that same day but I decided for the next day. Josh, my super friendly and knowledgeable service technician arrived right on schedule, assessed the problem, gave me a quote then fixed it. Josh went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.
