Precision Garage Door got out and immediately repaired my garage door. Had a three hour window for service time where it seemed the others I called gave me an eight hour window. Colton, the technician that serviced my garage door was professional gave a thorough breakdown of the repair work with a quote on the spot. The work was professionally done.

One of our garage door springs broke on a Sunday morning. Jonathan, our Precision tech, was on-site a few hours later. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained exactly what needed to be fixed. My garage door opener was broken last night. I called the Precision Garage Door Twin Cities this morning and got response to be able to send a technician coming to my home to check it to give me an estimate. A technician, Alex, came to my home about one hour earlier than the original promised time. He did a very quick and thorough check and identified several problems- broken spring, bearing, and the opener. An estimate was given to me. I asked him to go ahead to fix those problems. He finished the work in less than two hours. I am very satisfied with the fast speed to get my garage door worked again. Thanks to the Precision Garage Door Twin Cities. I certainly will ask it for possible future garage door problems.

I was impressed with how quickly the job got scheduled and completed (an important consideration when your car is trapped in your garage). The repairman was there in only a few hours after I called. He talked me through everything that he needed to do and suggested other things that might need replacement, but didn’t pressure me in any way. I had a nice dialog with him and got a lot of useful tips, like how to make the opener have a longer lifetime, where to buy parts, etc.

We’ve had nothing but positive experiences with Precision. They are my go-to when I have issues with my garage doors. They arrive on time and are very professional. We had an issue with our garage door (that was installed by Precision) this weekend and they came and fixed the issue right away. I am very impressed by everyone who handled my call from the admin/receptionist person who took my call. I wish I remembered her name. She was such a sweetheart and kept calm which kept me calm. I knew I was being heard. Also Tom, her “manager” and Jason the tech who came out were very responsive and called me right away to make sure I knew what the plan was.

Precision installed a beautiful new garage door for us. Chris was very informative and knowledgeable as he explained the advantage of purchasing from Precision. We only had to wait a couple of days to get our new door installed. That kind of lead time is unheard of these days! Our installers, Jake and Donovan, worked quickly and professionally as they removed the old door and installed the new one. My springs broke on my garage door on Wednesday @ 3:00 P.M. I called that afternoon and they sent out Josh the next day at 10 A.M. Josh explained what was needed @ what the price was. Every thing was competed within 2 hours. Our door works better then it did before. ( like a well oiled machine now ) I would advise Precision Door Service to my family, friends, or anyone.
