Our garage door was down and could not be opened even manually. Precision techs Ryan (trainer) and Rashawn (trainee) determined it was a broken plastic spool attached to the cable pulley. Ryan stated this was and older homeowner installed type of system and they did not carry parts for it and were not authorized to work on it because of it's age. He explained how we could fix it and get it operational ourselves. They then disconnected the cable system to allow the door to be opened manually (so we could at least get our cars out). Being they could not repair it he Ryan said there would be No Charge! (even though there was supposed to be a $65 service/inspection fee). As they were about to leave, we decided to have them install the newer type of torsion/spring/cable lift system. They did so in about an hour and did a meticulous job of installation and instructions of use. There was absolutely NO attempt to "upsell" any service (in fact we had to ask as they were about to drive off). We will definitley use Precision Garage Door in the future and they would be our first recommendation to anyone. Ryan and Rashawn did a great job of representing their company.

Top-notch experience from start-to-finish! The customer service representative (Holly) was extremely helpful, and she was able to set me for a service appointment 12 hours after my initial call. The technician (Bret) that arrived to perform the repairs was nothing short of fantastic; he was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and very quick with his work. Overall, I could not be happier that I chose Precision!

Troy was very professional from the time he arrived. He showed me step by step on all the issues that could be causing my door to fail. He found the problem and fixed it and showed me exactly what was causing the issue. He also game me a quote on some preventive maintenance that will cause further issues in the future. Super fast service. The technician explained what was wrong and my best options. It did result in a new garage door opener but it was worth it. In and out in about an hour and a half. Technician was friendly and professional.

We had a broken spring on our garage door. I called Precision and the girl who made my appointment was very pleasant and helpful. She scheduled a technician for 8am the next morning. Jason Schuster showed up on time and did a full inspection. He made some great recommendations on what I needed to fix and modify, considering I do a lot of woodworking in my garage and the dust was killing my bearings and hinges. He was in and out in an hour and 10 minutes after replacing the springs and bearings, lubing up all of the hinges and rollers, adding a reinforcement bracket and reprogramming the opener. Definitely recommend.

Eli provided a quick and comprehensive evaluation and estimate. He was honest about what parts needed replacing, what was necessary but not critical, and good precautionary purchases. He wasnt pushy about anything, and was happy to do the bare minimum of I wished. The service provided was incredibly fast, because I need two springs, new rollers, and a full lube job and one bearing that wasn't in good shape. All the work took roughly an hour, which was a huge relief because this was a surprise repair. Great work Eli, I will be recommending you to family and friends.

Great service and response. Called two other places with no response. Had an emergency with garage door stuck open with the opener burned out. Tried to pull release with no luck. Called and expected to have to wait for appt. Unexpectedly was given the option for emergency same day service (extra $) and was happy to pay. Tech came out inpected everything and had openers on hand. Installed right away and now have a great opener. Highly recommend for exceptional service!
