He came by to assess the situation, and I had something obstructing the sensor. I had more questions about the garage, and Jason patiently answered all of my many questions. Last Saturday, when I tried to shut my garage door it went down about a foot and then started beeping while it went back up. It had been rattling for a while, so I wasn’t overly surprised when it quit working. I called Precision Door Service and was pleasantly surprised when the could schedule me in the next day, which was a Sunday. Jameson Leach was the Servicemen that arrived and he got it quietly working again and then took the time to show me where to oil the tracks to keep it running smoothly. So far, so good. I would highly recommend this business.

Had them out to fix a broken spring, tech inspected everything and took photos and made recommendations on issues that should be addressed. No pressure to do anything other than the repair the spring. We will use them again to get some of the other work done. Prices were reasonable.
