I honestly can't say how happy I am with them! My garage door broke at 0630 and I placed a phone call around 0700 to their office. Yasmin? or Jasmine? (I'm sorry I'm bad at names) answered and immediately was helpful, sympathetic, and got me scheduled same day very quickly. The technician Terrance was professional and saw the problems right away and had a quote ready for me in no time. Repairs were done quickly and he showed me everything when done. I'm very happy to have a working garage door and peace of mind with the 3 year warranty as well.

Prompt response when we called after our garage door springs snapped in single digit temperatures. We called at 11am and door was repaired by 2pm. Colton, the tech that pulled into the driveway, was friendly and business like. Efficient. Explained the costs on spring replacement and also replaced our rusty cables and bottom bracket which we knew were also going bad. The truck was marked and we appreciated getting an email with the tech's name, photo and background ahead of time. All very reassuring. The company seems to spend a great deal of effort on customer service. A-OK!

I was surprised to find out I could call 24/7 to get an appointment scheduled. That was extremely convenient. I was able to get my service work done the day after I called. The service work was done during the estimated time frame I had been given when I scheduled the appointment. The service individual was very friendly and very helpful in explaining the work that needed to be done to fix my issue. I am very impressed with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. I called after hours on a Wednesday evening and spoke to a very polite employee that got me all set up for today, Thursday. The technician was set up for 2-4p and called in advance to let me know he was on his way. The technician arrived on time, figured out the issue, fixed the issue and suggested some upcoming maintenance items to be aware of to ensure the garage door works optimally in the future. My garage door opener was broken last night. I called the Precision Garage Door Twin Cities this morning and got response to be able to send a technician coming to my home to check it to give me an estimate. A technician, Alex, came to my home about one hour earlier than the original promised time. He did a very quick and thorough check and identified several problems- broken spring, bearing, and the opener. An estimate was given to me. I asked him to go ahead to fix those problems. He finished the work in less than two hours. I am very satisfied with the fast speed to get my garage door worked again. Thanks to the Precision Garage Door Twin Cities. I certainly will ask it for possible future garage door problems.

We’ve had nothing but positive experiences with Precision. They are my go-to when I have issues with my garage doors. They arrive on time and are very professional. We had an issue with our garage door (that was installed by Precision) this weekend and they came and fixed the issue right away. I am very impressed by everyone who handled my call from the admin/receptionist person who took my call. I wish I remembered her name. She was such a sweetheart and kept calm which kept me calm. I knew I was being heard. Also Tom, her “manager” and Jason the tech who came out were very responsive and called me right away to make sure I knew what the plan was.

Precision installed a beautiful new garage door for us. Chris was very informative and knowledgeable as he explained the advantage of purchasing from Precision.
