I was out of town and my husband called and said the garage door wont open. My home warranty called Precision Door, while the parts were not covered they were great. I asked for an emergency appointment to get my husband's car out for work, and they arrived a few hours later, fixed it, explained everything, were polite, professional, and quick. They cleaned everything up, went over the warranty, showed me what to watch for in the future. Devin did a great job, I highly reccomend.

One of our torsion springs broke on Monday afternoon. I contacted Precision Door Service and the phone was answered by a live person and they scheduled us for a repair the next morning. I received a text and phone call Tuesday alerting us to the arrival time and their representative was punctual. Our technician was Devon and he exceeded our expectations. He was courteous, professional and informative. I would not hesitate to use Precision for any repair in the future.

I was able to get the technician to come out quickly. He was courteous and frank. Unfortunately, I neglected to state the brand of my current opener and also was not asked in advance. Turns out they do not service Liftmaster/Chamberlain, so he couldn't do necessary repairs. An oversight that cost me about $60. I learned of the replacement cost from him, over $500. I can't comment on the work they could do, but say this merely to say: remember to tell them the brand of your current product.

The installer was okay. The problem I have is the strategy around trying to sell me things I don’t need when I called to get my garage door fixed. Do not try contacting me with an apology because that doesn’t change the strategy. I get that you have to make money, but using scare tactics to try to get me to replace working parts is incredibly disappointing.

I called Precision Door Service at the recommendation of a co-worker when I needed a broken spring replaced. I was not disappointed. Jason was the technician that performed the repair. Precision Door is AMAZING. My garage door went off the track at 12:30pm. By 3:30pm, everything was fixed and the garage door was perfect. They sent me an email, text and phone call to keep me informed of the technician progress and gave me a good/better/best estimate and put me in charge of the decision making. Looked at other reviews and proximity of location to my home. Also the price for a quality smart garage door opener with great features was a deciding factor. The best part was that I was able to get it installed within 2 hours of making the phone call! The install was done in about 30 minutes and was perfectly executed. Good job Rudy and your coworker! I got the system connected to my router as well as linked to Google home so I can command Google to open or close the garage. The Linear App is fully functional and allows me to set schedules, geo fence so the garage opens when I get within a block of my home and close when I leave. Exactly what I wanted! Thanks Precision!

I am so glad I found Precision to get my garage door and opener working properly. Tom was wonderful to work with, was on time and took the time to explain what the problem was and how he remedied it. Excellent service and communication from start to finish. I was able to book my service call at 11:30 at night the day I made the request. I received a confirmation phone with an estimated arrival date for my service call within the first 15 minutes of my 2 hour service window. AJ was courteous, explained options, and made the repairs in a an efficient manner. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone in need of garage repair!

Jason arrived shortly after 2 p.m., and the window was 2-4. I appreciated this. He was professional. He assessed the various parts and mechanics of the garage door to my town home and came up with 3 options for better action of the door. So I chose the option 'best' because this is the first time in more than 19 years that this door has been given any real attention with regard to its condition and level of functioning. There was clearly a difference when Jason completed the work proposed. Especially the loss of that awful sound the door had been making for a couple of years!

Everyone at the company was very cordial and competent. I called on a Thursday with a door opener problem and Rudy was there on Friday at noon. He gave me an estimate on a repair and also for the installation of a new belt drive opener to replace the very noisy chain drive. I opted for the new belt opener and was rewarded with an extremely quiet operation. He also noted that the ten wheels on the door were worn, but would still work. I decided to replace the steel wheels with new rubber wheels that are quieter as well.
