Found a coupon on Angie’s List for them. A spring broke on my door this morning. Precision came out within a few hours. The tech, Devon, was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered my questions and didn’t try to oversell me. Pricing was competitive with other services. The work was done quickly and he stuck around to test everything and make it sure worked before he left. Would definitely recommend this company.

Top class service from technicians Eli and Jose to install new garage doors, hardware, and trim! Arrived on time, efficiently installed 3 new garage doors which look great and run smoothly, explained features and warranty, and were done earlier than we expected. Communications with the company and their technicians was also great from estimate to ordering to scheduling to installation, with notifications provided by e-mail, text and phone so we wouldn't miss them. Grade A service from start to finish and will highly recommend this company to others!

The technician arrived promptly as promised. I was subjected to a certain amount of "upselling" -- talk of replacing the garage door opener for $500 rather than simply splicing a broken wire; talk of replacing the entire garage door because of a small crack -- but when I made it clear to AJ that I simply wanted enough done to get the door working properly, he cheerfully went along with my wishes and completed the job quite quickly & economically. Since he carried all the necessary parts in the truck, there was no delay while he went to get parts. Since the job was over $100, the $60 service fee for coming out to the house was eliminated. The door is working well, although I am warranteed only on parts. Highly recommended.

Our garage door stopped working on Sunday morning and we needed a quick repair or else I wasn't sure how I was going to get to work on Monday. Our repairman, Duncan, was very knowledgeable and friendly. He came out on Sunday afternoon and looked at what needed to be done and gave us a price quote before he did any work. He did a fantastic job and even fixed the second garage door that we had not called about. The fix was quick and easy and very well priced. We were pleasantly surprised at the service and the cost. We definitely highly recommend Precision Door if you need garage door repairs.
