Great service and response. Called two other places with no response. Had an emergency with garage door stuck open with the opener burned out. Tried to pull release with no luck. Called and expected to have to wait for appt. Unexpectedly was given the option for emergency same day service (extra $) and was happy to pay. Tech came out inpected everything and had openers on hand. Installed right away and now have a great opener. Highly recommend for exceptional service!

Precision was here within 2 hours after my initial call...that was REALLY amazing! The technition, Jason, was very polite and explained our situation in detail so that we could understand. He took less than an hour to diagnose the garage door opener problem and to install a new opener and keypad. We would be happy to refer this company!!!

Devon Nelson came out at 8 pm on a Saturday night to fix my door. He was awesome great attitude laid out what was going to happen gave me options and fixed everything in an hour. Technician Jason called 30 mins prior to scheduled arrival and arrived as planned. He completed garage door safety check and pointed out what needed repairing. After providing an estimate, he made the repairs, completing them within 1.5 hours. Final invoice matched estimate and copy of completed safety checklist, including photos, was e-mail to be, as promised. Jason was professional and did a great job....I would recommend Jason and Precision for garage repairs.
