I'm a first time customer, but I'll go back to Precision whenever "garage" is involved in the future. We had an issue on Memorial Day and they scheduled a service call first thing the next morning. Troy did a fantastic job! Somehow fitting new springs into the tiny space above our 1930's garage doors and did it without killing or maiming anybody. He even seemed to keep a cheerful outlook the whole time. (Had I been foolish enough to attempt the repairs myself, I'd have shown some seriously poor attitude and been swearing right up until a torsion spring smacked me in the face.) The end result of Troy's expertise- it's so quiet we can't really even hear the door open, now.

He straightened out part of the door that had been damaged and told me that the door was basically in good shape and won’t need to be replaced for a long time. Jason was the technician sent to repair our garage door. I offered him the chance to re-schedule because the weather was very cold. He said that wasn't a problem. He pointed out the repairs needed. We will have to decide which option we will pursue, but we won't proceed until we have warmer weather. We are able to manipulate the door manually. Jason represented your company in an exemplary manner. His explanations were clear and his work ethic seems exceptional.
