I had Precision service a previous issue 3 years ago, was very pleased with the service and technician, so was my first choice with recent garage door issue. Rudy and another tech were very prompt, courteous, took time to explain the problem and options, costs. They serviced the issue, and spent time making sure I had a handle on the changes. Live chat the night before confirmed the appointment the next day. After reviewing the situation, our repairman Jason went through the various detailed options providing clarity on each topic. The nightmare and challenge we provided Jason was quickly repaired with new parts and piece of mind the job was performed correctly. Jason was very friendly and also very mindful of the vehicles that had been stranded in the garage prior. I will call Precision again if the need arises.

I was impressed with your 5 star ratings on your website. Your phone was answered professionally and service was arranged with same day service. Jason Schuster was tech that came. He called to let me know when he would arrive, was thorough on his review of my current opener only 4 years old showing me where it was defective and giving me options to fix or replace. Since I had other issues with current opener in the past I chose replacement. Jason installed new opener and now I’m all set. He even programmed my car with opener! Very happy with product and service.

I responded to an ad for $99 per door to silence doors. 3 out of our 4 doors were quite noisy. I also needed a new seal and needed to have a door adjusted to that it would align with the floor. Rudy Vallejos listened intently, did his own inspection and then came back with three different estimates. The middle bid took care of everything I was concerned about for $300. That was less than I expected. The top estimate was $440. I it included replacing some rusted parts I had not noticed. There was no pressure to spend more, but he was right. It was worth doing. Tony was great. A wonderful, open personality while staying focused on his work. In less than two hours he worked on three different doors. They are all now working correctly and more quietly than they have done in years.

Quick service response for an afternoon repair issue. The responding tech Jason was professional, knowledgable, and fairly presented all options. Being that I was flying out on vacation early the following morning, repair was the best immediate option. Jason worked to get the door working, so I woud have the peace of mind that I could park my car inside while on vacation and know that house was also secure.
