We had Ryan come by to fix our broken garage motor mount. It was an awkward mount that didn’t have a straight forward repair but Ryan did a great job repairing it and making it work. It was great service and I appreciated his honest assessment at the end of what we were dealing with. We will definitely be using this company in the future.

Top-notch experience from start-to-finish! The customer service representative (Holly) was extremely helpful, and she was able to set me for a service appointment 12 hours after my initial call. Pleasant experience working with Precision Door Service. They were out to evaluate and perform the repair in less than 2 hours from initial contact. Devon was a very polite guy, got to work immediately and the price was reasonable. Garage door works perfect now and quieter than ever. Live chat the night before confirmed the appointment the next day. After reviewing the situation, our repairman Jason went through the various detailed options providing clarity on each topic. The nightmare and challenge we provided Jason was quickly repaired with new parts and piece of mind the job was performed correctly.
