The installation of my new LiftMaster garage door opener in my new home was the second time I've had Precision Garage Door service a garage door. The Sales and Service Tech, James Magaard is very knowledgeable about all things concerning garage doors. He installed my new opener, serviced and adjusted all of the components, and took the time to help me connect to the smart opener, program all remotes, including my vehicle opener buttons. He explained everything very well and made certain I was completely satisfied with everything. My garage door now opens smoothly and silently with all of the components operating as they should. We were having an issue with our garage door/keypad and decided to give Precision a call to come check things out. Being busy new homeowners we were relatively uninformed when it came to our system! Setting up an appointment online was a breeze and Shawn was able to arrive within a couple hours. He was able to help us replace a few things (keypad and universal remote), recommend some improvements, and provided a very thorough inspection; even threw in a complimentary lubing of the door/chain.
