Amazing service from Troy. Called for an appt at 8:00, they were here by 10:30, and done with the job by 11:30. Very affordable as well. This company is top notch! Other local company didn't have any appts for 5 days.

Service was great. I requested quote and was given prompt call back by Tom. He was knowledgeable and walked we through options and provide cost of complete service. When technician Devon arrived he too was knowledgeable and provide recommendation on best installation option. Devon did great job installing 2 units and replacing rollers in one door. The work was done in clean and efficient manner with high quality. Devon provided thorough review of systems. The doors operation is now significantly quieter and smoother.

Devon was knowledgeable, came early, and gave us the fix-it for now option or replace it now. Our opener was SO noisy, and he lubed up everything. It's tons quieter. May not stay that way, since it's almost 19 years old. When it has to be replaced, we will definitely call on Precision.

We had a major garage door mishap on Thursday 08/27/20 around 5:15pm. I had to leave for a while but used your chat service around 8pm. You had an appt for me for 8am the next morning. Your tech, Erik Jergenson, text me and called me and was at my house at 8am. He surveyed what had happened, put a plan in place while explaining everything that needed to be done. He got to work and was finished before 11am. Great job and clean. I would recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door repair, service or replacement.

Precision Door Service was the only garage door repair company in the Twin City metro area that was open for service calls on Memorial Day weekend 2020. I called Sunday morning with a repair request and had a technician to my home by 5:00 pm that day. Eli Traaseth was the technician and he did a thorough and high quality job. We needed our garage door springs repaired/removed. He also installed new door rollers and vertical tracks, as our existing door was in need of service. I was very happy with the service that Eli and Precision Door Service provided. I will recommend them to my family and friends.

I had a spring break on Saturday. Called Saturday afternoon and had an appointment for Monday morning in minutes. The technician arrived exactly on time and in under an hour had the springs replaced and the door back in service. He also greased everything and now the door is nearly silent. Great job!

Rudy was the technician who came out to my house and help me with my garage door. He also had another man with him but I did not catch his name.....sorry! They called and were able to come early for my appointment, which was appreciated. Both technicians were excellent and explained to me, in detail, what they needed to do to get my garage door back up and running. They also explained what the cost would be to get my issues corrected to make sure I was OK with it before they started. They also helped me replace my keypad and program my openers. Rudy also explained some work that I may want to have done in the future before the springs get too bad. No pressure to have it done immediately, but great info to have when I do need to call back for another service call. I highly recommend Precision and Rudy as they are top notch!

We had AJ come fix our garage door. I set up the service through our HSA Warranty. I couldn’t believe how fast I was contacted or how quickly after someone was able to come fix the door. He had all the parts and got it done very quickly so we could get our car out. We are incredibly pleased and will be using this company again if we have any other issues!

Originally looked at Precision Door because we were unhappy with the previous 2 companies we had worked with on our garage door. AJ came to our house, was able to help troubleshoot issues with our opener, but not only that, identified some potentially hazardous issues with how the previous companies had "fixed" the door. AJ was able to walk me through all the issues and help give me a quote for a new door (which should have happened with the last company rather than their "fix"). AJ was patient with all my questions, had answers ready, and ultimately gave us a good price on a new door. Thank you AJ and Precision Door! I will definitely be calling them again for Garage door issues (just hopefully not too soon!)
