was not happy with service was told by receptionist or who ever answers phone service man would have parts on truck to repair opener. didn't have anything paid for service call and he googled the problem as I had already done before he came. I told service women could be circuit card was told they had replacement parts on truck. if I would have known all he could do was try and sell me new opener I would not have had. you come out. I think I should have my money returned. was not happy!!!!

Got name and # off of Angie's list and bought services last September. Was happy with job. Caller and scheduled apt for a different garage door problem and they came and fixed and gave me advice on a different problem that they don't do

Completely satisfied with the service. Speedy, by phone agreement, arrived early, did thorough exam, gave clear options for service, after agreement, did the work in timely manner. Service tech was friendly, professional. Replaced hinges and rollers where appropriate.

The team called to see if they could come earlier than originally planned. My technician Jason was excellent! He was very polite, knowledgeable and on task.
