Three years ago to the day my garage door spring failed, which another company replaced. Three years later another snapped spring. I decided to call another company and was on the schedule for a same day repair. Alex, the tech, did an inspection pointing out things that should have been replaced previously. Work was done in less than an hour with lifetime guarantee on the spring. Great service.

Last night my wife and son came in for the afternoon, and not a minute after the garage door close we heard a loud metallic *bang*. Went out to take a look and sure enough our garage door spring had blown itself apart. After a quick search and a 5 minute call, the appointment was made for the next morning. Gregg showed up shortly after 8 as promised, looked at our situation and made some recommendations. Overall the door was in good shape, but he showed me where a cable was frayed, 7 of 10nrollers were frozen or stiff, some adjustments needed on the opener, and the end bearings while ok didnt have much life in them. A quick discussion with my wife and an hour of Gregg's handy work and our door is now quieter than ever and operating as good as new. While I'm not exactly looking forward to it, I'll definitely be having Gregg back out to service our other garage door.

I saw Precision’s ad on TV many times. So, when my garage door malfunctioned with broken spring, I reached out to them. Was able to schedule a visit in few hours like a breeze. The tech was very nice. But to my surprise- he said the spring cannot be replaced. He tried to say that no company can replace this spring and I have to convert my garage door system to a new system for $1500. That didn’t sound right! He tried hard to convince me and sell his quote but I declined. I still had to pay him $85 for service visit just to hear his dishonest opinion. Later I called another company and they quoted $350 to replace my garage door springs and fixed it like a charm! Precision's approach of giving dishonest advice to sell their product is really alarming. On top of that they took the $85 service fee for their dishonest sales pitch. Don’t be fooled by the nice precision TV ads.

Our door malfunctioned to the point where we were unable to move our garage door up or down. Both vehicles were in the garage at the time of the failure. It was a Friday at 3:00 PM. I called Precision who informed me they would send a Technician out asap. Within 20 minutes Mike Greek from Precision arrived at our home. He quickly diagnosed the problem and provided us with very detailed options to resolve the issue. We decided to repair the existing door rather than replacing it even though its over 25 years old and should be replaced. He had the door repaired and fully operational in less than 30 minutes. Mike was EXTREMELY Knowledgeable, Detailed and very Personable! FIVE STARS to Mike and Precision for the service they provided us.
