I am impressed with the service we received when I called to report a problem with our garage door closing. I got an appointment for service quickly. There was good communication from Brian who came to service the door. He efficiently and professionally diagnosed the problem and made the repair. His experience was evident.

Technician was fantastic. He knew I was dealing with a tight budget and offered several solutions. He started by asking what my goals were (i.e. to keep it operable as long as possible, to increase security, to make it as safe as possible, etc.) which helped me decide what I wanted to have done. He gave me a direct quote for the different options, and even though I decided on two new motors/openers with new keypads, etc. he had the equipment on hand and was able to replace everything right then and there. When he was finished, he checked over everything with me, explained some additional features, and asked if I had any questions at all. 100% pleased with the service!

We had prompt and efficient service from Precision Garage Door. James texted us in advance and arrived when he said he would, did a great job of describing our problem, and he offering us a few options. He had all the parts needed in his truck, and finished the job just about the time he said he would. He did a great job, and was friendly and articulate. We will be calling Precision Garage Door again, when needed. Thanks!

Upon arrival, I explained to the professional service attendant that I was only interested in a garage door opener as I could not afford anything more being a senior citizen on very limited income. He proceeded with his inspection and give me a quote of $900. I again explained to him that is not what I wanted. He said the cheapest garage door opener was $750 and that they could not guarantee the work if I did not do the entire quoted job. I do not understand why he wasted my time and his and charged me $85 to do so. I would not recommend this company. My son-in-law replaced the opener for $150, chamberlain model. He is a mechanic and said there was nothing else needed. It’s been running very smoothly.

We had problems with our garage door shutting properly. I scheduled an appointment, online, and 3 hours later Chad showed up from Precision Doors. He was amazing!! He checked the door out, found all the problems, explained our options, then went to work. We had quite a few issues, but Chad fixed all the problems in just over an hour. All the work is guaranteed for life, and we have a working garage door that’s now quiet as a mouse! Thanks again Chad!! You deserve a raise!!
