The technician (Josh) was great!! I received a phone call and text when he was on the way. He was polite, professional, friendly and did the job well. Took the time to explain what was needed and why and wasn't pushy on "optional" repairs. Nice to know Precision offers weekend service at no extra charge (although my service was done on a week day.)

They answered the phone promptly (at 8:15 sunday morning, had an excellent phone connection, figured out what I needed, scheduled a technician , ans sent a confirming email - all in3 minutes. The tech called ahead with an ETA, arrived near the beginning of the promised window, pointed out a couple of things I had not noticed, and completed the work in a timely fashion. What's not to like!

Our garage door works again! We lived with it in disrepair for about one year and wow, is it nice to have a functioning garage door. The gentleman was nice, helpful and did the job in about an hour.

Wow, this company provides some of the best service I have ever experienced anywhere! Our garage door stopped working on Saturday night, and I needed to get my car out for a business trip on Sunday. I called at 8pm on a Saturday, and a LIVE PERSON answered! I almost fell out of my chair. She set up an appointment for 8am the next morning (Sunday!), and the guy pulled up at 7:59am. He had the door fixed within 20 minutes, and the cost was extremely reasonable. I will always come back to this company for garage door service. I wish they did other types of service, too!
