AJ was right on time and had all the parts to replace the overhead door torsion springs. Was in and out in an hour. The door works like new. AJ was very pleasant to deal with and gave me a quote on a new door and opener per my request.

AJ was super nice and helpful. He replaced a ton of stuff for us that was rusted and unsafe in addition to the broken spring. He explained everything to me and gave us different payment options which was helpful. He was also nice to my obnoxious cat :)

Called for repair and was given 2 hour window for appointment. The tech, Jason, called within 15 minutes and said he was 20 minutes away. He arrived promptly and accessed the repair - quoted me 3 options. Jason was very professional and repaired my garage door in no time at all! Works great so far. I would recommend Precision to anyone when you're in a bind!

Jason was the absolute best technician! He was on time, explained everything thoroughly so we understood, did the work fast and explained everything the whole way through and he was super polite which is so rare in customer service these days. The service was performed quickly, professionally, and completely. The need for each repair was explained and priced separately. He even threw in some tune-up services I didn't ask for. The result was a door that opens and closes quietly and smoothly and seals better.

AJ was so professional and kind.
