When I learn our two cars are trapped in the garage at 7:30 on a Sunday morning, I have very little hope of much getting done till Monday or later. I tried Google anyway. Found Precision. Called the # with little expectation. From the way Kristi answered the phone to how Tom handled things when he arrived (9:40am) was nothing short of spectacular. Called for repair and was given 2 hour window for appointment. The tech, Jason, called within 15 minutes and said he was 20 minutes away. He arrived promptly and accessed the repair - quoted me 3 options. Jason was very professional and repaired my garage door in no time at all! Works great so far. I would recommend Precision to anyone when you're in a bind!
