Fast and courtesy, however extremely expensive. I would not use again or refer to anyone. I have had broken springs and repairs on this garage door three times in the past. The repair bills were substantially less. I understand there have been price increases and a pandemic, but was shocked with the initial repair estimate provided by Precision Garage Door service today.

Top Shelf Service and Repair! Our technician, Devon Nelson, was Fantastic. Exceeding our expectations. He was punctual, kind, and very knowledgable. One evening we came home at 10:30pm, parked in our garage and shut the garage door. We heard a big sound! The garage door shut half way and stopped. One side of the door was 1 ft higher than the other side! A cable broke on one side rendering the garage door useless to operate up or down, even manually. We called Precision Garage Door's 24-hour Phone number at 11pm on a weeknight. We found their info on a Google search from our smartphone. We scheduled a technician to be at our home within 48 hours. On the day of our appointment, we received a professional email from Precision Garage Door with a photo of Devon and a short bio. It was a nice touch of communication from the company. We also received an email that he was on his way. He also called to let us know he was 30minutes from our home. Devon spent about 15-20 minutes doing a thorough inspection and let us know what it would take to fix the cable and adjust the door to operate well. He provided a reasonable investment to do that work. We asked about a new garage door opener and track system. He provided us an additional estimate to replace all parts of the door opening system. We agreed that was a great route to take as the system we had was over 20 years old. Devon had all of the equipment and parts with him as well as a whole new system we wanted. It was great that we didnt have to make another appointment. We didnt even schedule the whole replacement when we called. He did a full replacement of everything but the actual garage door in about 2-3 hours. It was the hottest day we've had Summer 2021. About 100 degrees! Even with that said, Devon was a hard worker with a great attitude. The job was done in a reasonable amount of time, he explained everything very well, showed us what he did and how to use the new features and cleaned up like he was never there. His professionalism was more than expected. We would recommend Precision Garage Door Service to anyone we know and especially Devon as the tech to ask for. Thank you for the perfect experience! We truly appreciate it.

The technician did what appeared to be an excellent job of replacing a broken tension spring. However in the last couple days of using the door (the repair occurred less than a week ago) the door has gone askew on its track and now will not close all the way, leaving a small gap.

Eli Traaseth was the technician assigned to fix our door. Not only did Eli fix the problem by replacing the spring, he was very knowledgeable of the setup and found a couple more components that needed repair. He didn't try to play the salesman game, he told me what I needed to hear. He replaced both springs, replaced the bearing kit, and threw in a surge protector. The door opens and closes like a beaut, within 24 hours of the issue occurring! Very well done Eli!!

I called mid-morning and a technician was scheduled to come between 2:00 and 4:00. At around 1:15 I received a call from Devon saying that he could come at 1:45 if that was okay. He arrived at 1:47, completed replacement of springs and other parts and had the door working within an hour. He was a pleasure to watch doing his job. I was impressed with his professionalism and good manners. If I had a business I’d hope to hire talented people with his work ethic.

Very happy with the work performed. My garage door spring broke Saturday night. I called Precision then and they scheduled a tech for early the following Monday morning. The technician, Devon, called on his way to let me know when he would arrive. He arrived early in the two hour window which was appreciated. I called on a Saturday morning with a garage door opener in need of replacement thinking it would be scheduled for the following week, M-F. To my surprise they had a local tech, Eric, who could do the service later that same day. Eric arrived at the time he stated he would and was superb ... polite, knowledgeable and thorough. After being brushed off by another company who wanted me to get up on a ladder and fix the issue myself I found this company. It turned out that the solution to the door closing issue was quite simple but there was no way to know without it being looked at. Appreciate the prompt, no-hassle service. And the minimum cost just to show up was much more reasonable than the other company quoted.
