Josh and Donovan did an awesome job getting my new garage door installed. The whole rig has been replaced with new and shiny parts and work very smooth. The door seals perfectly with no possibility of water leakages and rust like my previous one. They also gave me helpful tips for maintenance. One of the sidings was short in the first installation. So they came back and replaced that part as well. Very professional and satisfying work. Would recommend.

We have a little old garage with a manual garage door that doesn't always stay up so we have been holding it in place or using a clamp to secure it for years. We had a company check it out years ago and were told they couldn't do anything about the problem. We called Precision. Colton came the next day, gave us some options and the problem was resolved in 30 minutes. He replaced the spring and lubed everything. The door is easy to open and close and stays up. Sweet deal! Colton was very helpful and personable. Thank you for the great service!

Spring Broke and could not open garage door ... stuck inside. Called Precision and it was fixed within 2 hours. Not cheap, but great service.

I am very satisfied with the service from Precision Garage Door. I had a lift cable on my garage door come off on one side and the door fell down trapping our car in the garage. I called Precision and Chad came the next morning. After assessing the problem, he told me what he was going to do, what it would cost and I left him to it. A short time later he had the door up and running again. Chad is an easy going kind of guy and did excellent work. The total charges for the job were reasonable for the work preformed. I will call Precision the next time I have a garage door problem.

Jason was great - he came out promptly, explained everything I needed to know and more. The check of our garage door health was really helpful and he was very friendly and answered all my questions. Worst customer service I have experienced for a long time. I had them come out to look at my garage door, pay their $75 fee just to look at it, and no one ever contacted me back on a quote to replace it. I called many times, each time I was told a estimator would be calling me back but never happened. Do not use them!
