Quick service response for an afternoon repair issue. The responding tech Jason was professional, knowledgable, and fairly presented all options. Being that I was flying out on vacation early the following morning, repair was the best immediate option. Jason worked to get the door working, so I woud have the peace of mind that I could park my car inside while on vacation and know that house was also secure. We have an HSA warranty that came with the house and it includes many mechanicals around the house. The garage door was stopping up and down and jerking along. HSA contracts with companies and sets up service appointments. Precision was chosen for our door and they were very professional and prompt and pinpointed several issues that made sense. They gave me good better best service options and there was no pressure. The door is smooth and quiet. Well worth it. Thanks Precision

I had noticed my door sounding clunky so when I saw the $99 25 point inspection deal I signed up. I picked between 8-10am on a Saturday and Jason called when he was 10 minutes it and was on-site early. He performed his inspection and gave me options to consider. In the end I chose a new silent door and Jason was able to determine the wear points which had made the door noisy. He gave me an on-site discount on the work, performed the work, and showed me how this visit likely stopped a future emergency call. He repaired, replaced and installed ina timely fashion. He helped me program the new remotes and helped me to link via home link on my vehicle. Jason it was a pleasure to work with you!

The Technician was friendly, professional and knowledgable! He looked at the broken "opener bracket", inspected the other components to our system and gave me an estimate for the work. I felt the price was competitive so we not only had the bracket replaced but we had the wheels replaced and the system lubricated. I appreciate being able to reach a real person on a phone call on Sunday evening about a problem and then having your company show up to solve my problem by 10 a.m. Monday morning - Great Job! Lastly, to make sure credit goes to where credit should, Rudy Vallejos was the Technician for the job
