My garage door spring broke after my wife left for work, leaving my no able to get out of the garage. I called Precision Garage Door and the were able to send a service tech out within the hour. The tech arrived early (Jonathan). He was able to get my door open so I could get my truck out. He then proceeded to assess the door. He not only identified the broken spring, but noticed that my door cables were frayed and rusted along with the worn main shaft bearings. He was able to make all the necessary repairs having all the items on his truck. He was extremely courteous and explained everything prior to the work. I would recommend Precision Garage Door for your service or new door needs!

Chad was great. Prompt, friendly and on time. Would’ve been a five star rating, but can only give 4 due to the extreme up charge on the springs that were replaced. Almost $600 for the pair, which I looked up the parts they were under $200 their cost.

Precision came out an installed a new Genie garage door opener. The technician Jonathan was very professional and knowledgeable! He explained everything that they were going to do and showed us how to program the new opener. Great customer service!

The person that repaired our garage door was great. Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. When it came to price. He was there less than 30 minutes. They have a flat fee of $210. Then supplies. It was a bit expensive. To quote another garage door repair person I talked to, sadly after the fact. “You got Screwed!”

Very happy with the work performed. My garage door spring broke Saturday night. I called Precision then and they scheduled a tech for early the following Monday morning. The technician, Devon, called on his way to let me know when he would arrive. He arrived early in the two hour window which was appreciated. He also was very thorough, friendly and worked very quickly replacing my broken spring and installing new bearings, cables and rollers. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

After being brushed off by another company who wanted me to get up on a ladder and fix the issue myself I found this company. It turned out that the solution to the door closing issue was quite simple but there was no way to know without it being looked at. Appreciate the prompt, no-hassle service. And the minimum cost just to show up was much more reasonable than the other company quoted.

Jeep vs Garage Door: The Jeep won and the garage door was TKO. I called you at 10:30 a.m. and your technician, Travis Reiman, arrived a few hours later. The job was evaluated and a new door needed to be ordered. Travis took great care matching door colors to the other town homes in my home owners association. Travis, went the extra mile to get my broken door open so I could get my car out of the garage and then lowered the door and locked it for me. Thank you!
