I was looking for a tune up on my 24 year old garage doors. Brian was here within 2 hours of my call. He inspected the health of both garage doors and provided options all the way from brand new doors to a basic lube and new rollers. We decided on the lube, new rollers and rubber weather seals. (Gotta keep the mice out) Great options without high pressure sales, Brian was top-notch. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door and Brian! It pays to be neighborly!

The two people installing the door did a great job taking out the old door and installing the new one. They were careful, did good work, and the door looks excellent as well. They explained basic maintenance and setting up the app that came with our opener before they left, although the fine details inside the app aren’t something they see very often. We were pleased with the quick turnaround from order to installation as well.

Technician was fantastic. He knew I was dealing with a tight budget and offered several solutions. He started by asking what my goals were (i.e. to keep it operable as long as possible, to increase security, to make it as safe as possible, etc.) which helped me decide what I wanted to have done. He gave me a direct quote for the different options, and even though I decided on two new motors/openers with new keypads, etc. he had the equipment on hand and was able to replace everything right then and there. When he was finished, he checked over everything with me, explained some additional features, and asked if I had any questions at all. 100% pleased with the service!

James texted us in advance and arrived when he said he would, did a great job of describing our problem, and he offering us a few options. He had all the parts needed in his truck, and finished the job just about the time he said he would. He did a great job, and was friendly and articulate. Upon arrival, I explained to the professional service attendant that I was only interested in a garage door opener as I could not afford anything more being a senior citizen on very limited income. He proceeded with his inspection and give me a quote of $900. I again explained to him that is not what I wanted. He said the cheapest garage door opener was $750 and that they could not guarantee the work if I did not do the entire quoted job. I do not understand why he wasted my time and his and charged me $85 to do so. I would not recommend this company. My son-in-law replaced the opener for $150, chamberlain model. He is a mechanic and said there was nothing else needed. It’s been running very smoothly.
