Mike arrived promptly and did a quick assessment of the issue before writing up the estimate for repair/replacement. We bought our house a few years ago, and we definitely noticed that our garage door motor and the parts along with it were very very old. Today, one of the springs broke and I chose Precision Garage Door Twin Cities because of their ability to book online, and they had availability day of! After booking my appointment, I was contacted by one of their technicians, Adam, and was able to let him know what happened and how we would also want a new garage door opener as well as the spring repair, and he was out at our house in a very timely manner. He looked at what the issue was and provided multiple quotes for the work that was needed to be done with replacing springs/bearings/cables/rollers, and explained it all to me so that I understood. He got right to work and finished within an hour and a half. I was amazed with the quality of work and our new garage door opener! It made this process stress free and now we have a quiet, up to date and reliable garage door!

Noah who installed the new opener was great - he explained things well and was very professional. The problem I had was trying to pair the opener to my f150 . After trying several times doing the procedure through Ford, LiftMaster and other online suggestions, I called Precision for suggestions or help from tech support. The response I got was, “I’ll have to talk to my manager and get back to you”, which never happened. My trucks system is called Car2U (vs Homelink) and the info I found states it should be compatible. Bye the way, LiftMasters manual is awful .

My old garage door opener broke and could not be repaired, because it was too old and no replacement parts were available. Therefore, purchased a new Lift Master garage door opener, which the technician, Adam, installed in less than 1 hour. I called for service at 3:00, and by 4:00 Adam was at our house diagnosing the problem. Friendly, fast service. I highly recommend them.

Alex was on time and was able to easily diagnose the issue and provide recommendations for resolution. The repairs were made right away and he was so helpful to show me how to manually open the garage door if I ever need to.
