We were beyond thrilled with the service of Jason S., on behalf of Precision. He greeted us professionally and politely. He provided honest estimates and recommendations. We loved that we received a picture and short bio of the technician coming to our house, prior to his arrival. This allowed us to feel safe and trust the service we would be receiving. We initially had the company out to give an estimate on repairs or possible replacement. We ultimately went with the full package replacement of opener, springs, rollers, eyes, remotes. Very prompt same day service! Our service person, Troy, arrived exactly when promised and was very informative and helpful; He fixed our Chamberlain MyIQ quickly, balanced and lubricated our door and explained everything he did perfectly, answered all my questions and offered upkeep suggestions!
