Brian was a joy to have at my home not only did he tune up my door he helped by programming an extra remote for me he spotted an area of concern I need to keep track of. It was such a great experience. I messaged them on their website Sunday afternoon and was able to get an appointment for the next day. Jonathan Zwart was the technician that visited my home and he was a professional. He was able to show me exactly why my garage door opener wasn't working and gave me plenty of information about how the door was supposed to work. I will definitely work with Precision anytime I need garage door work done. They are a great company!

Precision took my call and got a technician out to our home in about two hours. The technician Devon was great! He gave us a detailed breakdown of what was wrong and finished the job in less than an hour. Devon really saved our day and saved us a ton of money by fixing our current door and avoiding an unnecessary purchase of a new door. I would recommend Precision and Devon to any friend of mine.

Thank you for the quick response to my request for the repair of a broken torsion spring. When your technician, Akayla Porter, arrived he said your company does not work on EZ-Set torsion spring systems and suggested replacement with a more traditional torsion assembly. I couldn't agree more having had to replace EZ spring sets twice over a relatively short period of time. While the EZ-Set was easy to install and tune, I was very disappointed with the longevity of the springs themselves. Akayla was personable and efficient, answering all my questions as he quickly swapped out my old system with one that appears to be much more durable. Thanks again.

One of the rollers came off the guide rail, and my garage door was stuck open. Didn’t feel like I could shop around and felt that precision was very pricey. That said they were able to get me in same day two hour window. Alec came at the start of it was very thorough. They do a complete check and gave me three options for service. The work was completed quickly and works just fine. One thing I forgot to mention is when they confirm the appointment it includs a picture of the technician,which I thought was a really nice touch.
