Just WOW!!! We called Precision Door when all of sudden our garage door failed to open on 12/20. I called them because of their ad on Garage Logic with Joe Schousaray. Within TWO HOURS Colton was here and gone after a thorough inspection, diagnosis of the status and problem, and a complete repair of the garage door. We couldn’t be more thrilled! Colton is an amazing employee for your company: kind, respectful, a pleasure to talk with, and an extremely accomplished technician. We loved his explanation with pictures and written explanation on his iPad. We had an email with all the copy of what was accomplished the second he walked out the door. I told Colton he was fantastic and that I’d be sending Joe an email for his Garage Logic podcast ad! We are so grateful for your wonderful work. You have a new customer for as long as we live here….and we will pass the word!

Last Saturday, when I tried to shut my garage door it went down about a foot and then started beeping while it went back up. It had been rattling for a while, so I wasn’t overly surprised when it quit working. I called Precision Door Service and was pleasantly surprised when the could schedule me in the next day, which was a Sunday. Jameson Leach was the Servicemen that arrived and he got it quietly working again and then took the time to show me where to oil the tracks to keep it running smoothly. So far, so good. I would highly recommend this business.

1. Usually I do not review. But this time I want to let you know of the exceptional experience I had with Percision. 2. I called firm I have done business on a Thursday. They could come out until Monday. 3. Went to Goggle and Percision was selected and the site was great. 4.Called and phone person was easy to work with and knowledgeable. Was scheduled for Thursday. Service and service tech were great! The only thing that I found to be disappointing was on the phone I described the issue and the person I spoke with said it was most likely a lube/tune-up appointment and that the $89 service fee would be waived if I went forward with the work. The fee wasn't waived because it wasn't a "repair" and that should've been explained to me up front.

Less than good news: It took over 2 months to get the parts needed to replace our garage door due to the current supply chain problems. Good news: The installer was very polite and professional AND he took the extra time required to improve our garage door opener garage door connection so the door would open with less noise and run more reliably.

I chose Precision Door because you are the vendor we have used in the past. You installed a new garage door opener a couple of years ago, and it has worked very well since. They came out quickly to assess my broken door and were able to install a new door a week later. They were on time, courteous and fast. Removal of the old door and installing a new one was done in a little over an hour. I'd use them again.

Precision was here within 2 hours after my initial call...that was REALLY amazing! The technition, Jason, was very polite and explained our situation in detail so that we could understand. My garage door spring broke at 9PM. I called Precision and spoke to a friendly service member who told me they could have a technician come out at 8AM the next morning. Patrick showed up on time and was extremely polite and professional and got underway with the inspections and quote. He had all tools and parts on hand to get the job done. He was extremely knowledgeable and a true craftsman. I was impressed with him and Precision!!!
