Very good service visit. Jameson showed up on time, he called before arriving to let me know he was coming. He explained everything to me, the existing door and hardware all looked good which is always good to hear. No big sales pitch, he just cleaned and tuned everything. I will call precision doors again.

James did a great job explaining the condition of our door and opener and what needed fixed now and what could wait if we wanted to hold off. Also clearly communicated the options and the pricing and did excellent work. At the end of the day we opted for a new opener install and replacement of all of our garage door parts, which gives us the peace of mind that we shouldn't have any garage door issues for many years.

Faced with an open door because of broken spring and damaged cables on a cool December afternoon. Dead in the water for what I thought would be at least a week I called Precision and Adam was dispatched within the hour. Problem solved ... along with a very professional inspection of other doors. I was told by a different garage door company that I needed a spring replaced and James said there was nothing wrong with the spring. James was honest and explained all the inter workings of the lift master I had installed as well as replacing my rollers. Top of the line. Quality people and company. Thank you Precision and James. James is a professional; he was on time, courteous and easy to communicate. Excellent from my phone first phone call to the end result of the garage door working again. Brian was very knowledgeable and thoughtful in his approach to fixing the problem. I was surprised that he actually called me before he came here to ask me to describe the problem so he could think about it and bring necessary parts if needed. He methodically went thru the whole electrical system to determine what was causing the door to open on its own anytime. Brian replaced the part he thought was the problem and door now works fine, no longer opens on its own. He also went thru the 9 year old door and quickly replaced the cables and rollers which were badly needed. Plus it was done at a very reasonable and fair price. Wish more people operated like Precision Garage Door and Brian.
