Very pleased with Your response and service. Donovan did a wonderful job installing our new door and opener. He was quick and efficient. He really showed respect for our property. He kept cleaning up after himself throughout the install process. He was also very responsive to answering a couple questions I had. Overall a very positive experience from point of sale through install.

Job was done in a very short time and the garage door has never sounded quieter! The springs were broken and my car was stranded in the garage, they quickly let it out!

Installer (jonathan) was very polite and knowledgeable about garage doors and accessories and explained everything as he went along as i was curious about a belt drive. After installing he went over everything with me explaining the security etc. I really was impressed with how quiet the belt was, my neighbors came over after he left and they were also amazed how quiet the belt drive was compared to the chain. I had used precision before to install a broken spring.

I called them on Tuesday and they came out Wednesday and they sent the wrong person one for replacing the door not to fix it. He said we can have someone come out Thursday. Will he came out and did not have the right springs but said it could take up yo 1 month to get the right one in. My door won't open because my spring is broken. I told him I will call him later so he said you have to pay $75.00 now for me coming out and the coast would be over $750.00 for the springs. I called North Country and he was out In one hr. Had the right springs on his truck he fix my door and put the heavy duty spring on and only charged me $350.00.

Called Precision approximately 11:30 AM, Technician Josh Kuss arrived about 1:30PM. Josh was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable! He quoted me the price to fix my opener, and also the price for a new opener. Josh repaired my opener in less than 2 hours. He is truly a credit to his company. I would recommend Precision Garage Door service to anyone! In fact, I will never use any other company!

I was able to schedule a same-day appointment for someone to come out and look at my garage. Devon called me before he arrived and was very prompt. He was very friendly and respectful. He immediately knew the issue, within 5 minutes of his arrival. He still took the time to look over the rest of the garage door and do an inspection. He then gave me an estimate for our garage door that was very reasonable! Within 15 minutes of the estimate, our garage door was fixed and operational. He was AMAZING!!! Thank you Devon!!

I called for service at 7:45 am. They were at my home at 8:15 am. They gave me the price for the service that I needed done and also did an overall check and made recommendations for additional service. I never felt pressure to have the recommendations done today. Based on the knowledge and professionalism of the repair person, we had it all done. We are very pleased with the outcome and will use them again.

The assigned Tech, Ronnie was prompt, professional and courteous. Ronnie deserves high praise for his good work. In short order my existing door was re installed and works great. Ronnie did a good job of adhering to safety standards because of COVID. The only negative was the pricing. I didn’t anticipate spending over a grand to reinstall and existing door. Give the tech a bonus and I will feel a little better.

Just wow.. my garage door was completely broken. I called in the A.M. and Precision was able to come out to my place that same day at 5pm, and got the door up and running less than an hour.. Tom was all around great! He called when he was on his way and I received a text message with his info and photo. We had an emergency repair needed, he was able to come earlier than expected. He was extremely professional and provided us with options. He completed our repairs quickly and we’d definitely call Precision again!

James did a wonderful job. He was very informative about what would be replaced if I decided to go forward. I was told by a different garage door company that I needed a spring replaced and James said there was nothing wrong with the spring. James was honest and explained all the inter workings of the lift master I had installed as well as replacing my rollers. Top of the line. Quality people and company. Thank you Precision and James.
