Had them out to fix a broken spring, tech inspected everything and took photos and made recommendations on issues that should be addressed. No pressure to do anything other than the repair the spring. We will use them again to get some of the other work done. Prices were reasonable.

I found your company online to fix my garage door malfunction and called. Jae Gnibus called said he was on the way after the company gave me a two hour arrival range He diagnosed the problems, explained what to do and the cost He did a fast and excellent job and then showed me everything Great job by Jae and the entire company If ever needed help again they would be my first call.

The technician called to advise me of his expected arrival. Upon arrival he was friendly and polite. I showed him the problem and after he completed his inspection he gave me a quote. Work was completed in approximately 30 minutes. I was happy with the result and considered the price reasonable.

If you ever need ur garage door fixed do not use this company. They will overcharge you. Technicians are fabulous. Company rips people off. They wave the $75 service fee if you use them but charge a minimum of $215. I had my cables replaced on my garage door. They charged me $83 for the cables when you can buy a pair @loweshomeimprovement @homedepot @menardshomeimprovement for like $8.99 @precisiondoorusa bad company and worse manager customer service. #badbuisness

We had Ryan come by to fix our broken garage motor mount. It was an awkward mount that didn’t have a straight forward repair but Ryan did a great job repairing it and making it work. It was great service and I appreciated his honest assessment at the end of what we were dealing with. We will definitely be using this company in the future.

I had an excellent experience with Precision Garage. I received same-day service within a couple of hours of calling with our garage door issue. Jonathan Zwart is a great technician. He was highly informative and knowledgeable. He was able to do a thorough walk-through of his assessment and what needed to be done today and what could wait. I highly recommend their services.
