Shawn thoroughly inspected not only the door which would not close properly, but our other three doors too. He was able to fix the door we were concerned about, and perform maintenance on all four doors, and replace worn or rusted cables on two of the doors. He explained everything he did and had photo documentation. He provided service on a Saturday morning which was very timely and convenient for us. We would highly recommend him. Superb service.

The guy was nice and gave me plenty of details about my garage door. But the prices were not good. Way overpriced! And he told me the total would be $300 but it was over $350. He quoted me over $1300 to replace my springs too! I will not be recommending this company to anyone because of the highly inflated prices. Even when I called a few companies afterwards, they told me those prices sounded really high.

James and his colleague did a great job and fixed what needed to be fixed. Very professional and excellent job of explaining what was needed. Fixed both doors and lubed up and double checked all rotors and replaced broken bearings. Sounds like brand new and great work on new seals for both doors. Impressed.

If I could leave a -49 review, I would. Or at least a Zero because that is what I received from this company for service and repair! It seems like if you don't get prices quoted to you over the phone before this company shows up to your property, they will write up 3 quotes for 3 times the price of an honest company for you to choose from (all without even stepping one foot on a ladder you have set up under your 8 foot door for them). At least you can give them the $49 of your hard earned money to leave and hire someone honest and still get your door fixed properly for way less money.

We called for repair service, but when the repairman cam to look at the door, he discovered cracks in the door frame that were causing the door to sag! We needed a new door. The new door is ordered and we are grateful that the problem was discovered before the door broke in on us or on our car.

This is the second time they've done work on our garage, and both times it has been great. They show up promptly and give a quote. Then the work is done with no complication. Last time they just repaired some track, this time was new springs and a new opener. Works great. And the Lifetime Warranty is a great bonus. Would recommend.

Very bad company—- trying to rip off people!!! Should get -100 stars. Why?—— I called on Saturday & talked to Mindy and I confirmed on the phone that the charge to replace broken garage cable with the total charge including labor $170+ tax . I asked her 3 times on the phone and she confirmed that. You can check the recording. BUT the guy came and pretended like it is a serious issue with the garage and told me it cost me $890 to replace JUST one broken cable, and other 2 options 1800 and 3000+…. They think I am stupid or what????!!! I will tell ALL people I know about this company. Now I just came to Home Depot to buy 2 cables $8.99 each and fix it myself!!!! It takes me not even half an hour…. SOOOOO TERRIBLE !!!!
