Who knew we would be so excited about a new garage door?! Last week, Precision Garage Door installed a new door in our one-car garage. Our old door was an eyesore with a lot of peeling lead-paint. We now have a new insulated door with windows and couldn’t be more pleased to walk into a formerly dark space and now have light. Our service technicians, from our original quote to the guys doing the installing were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The installers handled the lead-painted doors responsibly during removal and carefully worked around our fragile old stucco walls during the install. We highly recommend Precision Door.

We have a little old garage with a manual garage door that doesn't always stay up so we have been holding it in place or using a clamp to secure it for years. We had a company check it out years ago and were told they couldn't do anything about the problem. We called Precision. Colton came the next day, gave us some options and the problem was resolved in 30 minutes. He replaced the spring and lubed everything. The door is easy to open and close and stays up. Sweet deal! Colton was very helpful and personable. Thank you for the great service!

Spring Broke and could not open garage door ... stuck inside. Called Precision and it was fixed within 2 hours. Not cheap, but great service.

Jason was great - he came out promptly, explained everything I needed to know and more. The check of our garage door health was really helpful and he was very friendly and answered all my questions. No repairs were needed but the peace of mind he gave me along with knowing he and the company are out there for when we do need repairs is well worth the minimal cost for coming out.

Everyone from the office folks, to the technicians and installers were friendly and knowledgeable. I originally called about a repair job and ended up needing a new door. I understood and trusted the information given to me about why and my options for replacement. My door looks great, works well, and I know what I need to do to keep it functioning. Great service by office and service representative Josh. I called office number early morning, that was listed on web site, and my call was answered and service scheduled for 10:00 same day. The springs on my garage door were replaced and Josh did a complete check of the garage door operations and parts by 11:30 AM. I am very pleased with the service provided by Precision.
