I called late afternoon because I couldn’t open my garage door. The woman who answered my call found my name in your system as. a customer. She scheduled us for 8-10 the next day. Patrick arrived a little past 8 a.m. He did an inspection and provide ded a cost and I told him todo the work. He pointed out everthing thathad been replaced. He was very friendly and everything sorks fine. Excellent company.

I contacted Precision Garage Door this AM, not expecting any help for a day or two. It was Saturday with a big snow storm coming soon. I reached a live person (as promised on their ad) and a friendly and knowledgeable technician showed up in less than 2 hrs (as promised). He checked out the entire door and relayed what we already knew. It was a disaster of previous bad repairs and mis-matched parts! He had all the many parts we needed in his truck and replaced everything in under 2 hrs, including old rotten wood supports. Wow, what a difference! We finally have a smooth reliable door just in time for the snow!

EXCELLENT SERVICE- Highly recommend! Truly, in this day and age of poor customer service, Precision lives up to their name. Spoke to a human on the initial call, had a service person here the next day; an extremely nice, pleasant, and knowledgeable, former vet, Brian, who made adjustments on the fly for my 80 year old garage and door and it was all done in about an hour! Grateful!

We called Precision Garage Door because when we called the ones we have used before, it sounded like they really didn't care if they did the work or not. Your company far exceeded our expectations. Our garage door runs smoother than when it was installed ca. 13 years ago! We have had a few companies come and service our garage door and our overall feeling was that they only did what was necessary while telling us that it could NOT be done better. Brian explained all of our options, showed us what parts, etc. he was talking about, but left us to freely make our own decision. He was professional, personable, and knew what he was doing and how to explain it to us. Thank you!

My neighbor recommended Precision Garage Door when the spring and cable broke on my garage door. I received top notch, excellent service beginning with the phone call to schedule my appointment through the completion of the work on my garage door. I was so happy that a technician, James, would be available to begin repairs so quickly! Step by step he thoroughly explained what he would be doing, beginning with surveying the damage, then presenting the options I had to choose from, and what the cost would be for each one. I really appreciated that James visually showed me the parts that were damaged. He did an awesome job of explaining each option and answered all of my questions. Once I decided on the option, James gave me an estimate of time to complete the work. When the work was completed, James showed me everything he had done, and I was amazed how perfectly the door was now operating! It has been a few days now since the work was done, and my garage door is operating so smoothly and quietly! Thank you James! You are an amazing technician! You are so professional and kind. I will recommend Precision in a heart beat!

Brian was awesome! We had a antique door with an older spring and roller system that I feared could not be repaired when the springs gave out. Brian was able to get a new torsion bar and spring system installed despite the older setup, and was very professional and knowledgeable through the process, and it works great. Thank you!

Heard about PGD on Garage Logic. My experience was just as they promote! Call back, appointment, service completed within 18 hours on a weekend… Technician was very professional and even asked if it was OK if he arrived a few minutes early. My garage door broke when 2 broom handles interrupted the closing of my door. Thought I could bypass, but that only made things worse. I manually closed the door & called Precision. They promptly came out next morning, estimated, & then fixed within the 2 hours allotted. Brian was extremely professional, courteous, & helpful. I'm set for some time now. Jim came to service my manual garage door. Prior times I was told that I could not have opener installed because of a support beam in my garage. However , Jim was able to modify the track and install an opener. Jim was very knowledgeable and professional. I am very happy with his service.

Chris S. (Sales) was friendly and helped pick out options for what was needed. Donovan (installer) was quiet but very knowledgeable and professional whenever we had a question. Both were on time and courteous. We needed a new door installed and possibly the control box. Turns out the control box was just jammed up and easily fixed (saving money). I'd use them again if needed.

Got quote right away. Technician was able to come out next day but did not complete job on same day. I had to call company to alert them the job was not complete. The technician was able to return the next week at which time he was able to complete the job, however once he left the safety light sensors turned off and his supervisor had to return to the job to replace the wiring. Overall the job wasn't done how it was promised and then I had to be the one to call that it wasn't completed correctly. Overall fast responses but not the quality that I saw from other reviews or what I was promised from the sales person.

John arrived an hour early, (on a holiday day!) and immediately identified and fixed the problem. He explained very clearly what probably caused the problem and added an extra protective device to insure it doesn't happen again. This is the third experience I've had with this company and all three have been wonderful! Prompt, efficient, courteous. Wish more companies would operate like Precision Door!
