I chose precision garage based on few google reviews I read. My experience with precision was great. It was seamless from the time I requested a quote all the way to installation. Donney and Joshua showed up in time and they were very thorough and took their time to get everything installed and functioning properly. They were both very knowledgeable and gave us few tips regarding maintenance of garage doors and its components. I definitely recommend Precision Garage and their friendly team for your garage needs.

The Precision Garage Door guys arrived on time and fixed my door (replaced the springs) in short order. They also did an overall inspection and reported that my door was in good shape so no additional pieces were needed. I got a 3-year warranty. By all measures, a good experience.

Troy came over on Monday, May 17th to repair a broken door. Not only did he call and update me on his arrival time, was right on the dot, and repaired the door in question, solved another door issue, explained the situation, answered questions, and provided the best Customer Service that myself and neighbor have seen in a long time! I called about a broken spring and they offered to send someone that same day. I opted for the following morning and Devon arrived promptly at 8. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient, and we are happy with the quality of the repair.

Called at 12 Noon. Devon (The Tech) was out by 1:15 on the same day. Devon performed an inspected, showed me some other concerns he had, and then I chose the work I wanted to perform. Devon was super courteous, professional, and finished all the repairs in less than an hour. It was a great experience!

Thank goodness a technician could come right away. A spring had broken and there was no way to lift the door. Eli was at the house within an hour of my call and an hour after that, everything was repaired. It was all very efficient and professional.

From the time I discovered my garage door would not open, due to the main spring being broken, till it was fixed, and Eli had departed, was less than 2 hours. Everyone I talked to or worked with was very pleasant. A total 10 on everything. Great job.

Prompt, safe, efficient and friendly are words I would use to describe our experience. I appreciated getting a notice (with picture) of the tech who would be performing the install. We love the quietness of the new opener and appreciate the motion-sensitive bright lights. All in all it was a great experience.

First time in a long time that I've been so happy and pleased with a representative. He was on time and provided the same quote I was provided prior to his visit. He also installed light bulbs in my garage door opener and in my garage without an additional charge. Professionalism at it's best!

We were able to get an appointment immediately but the estimate was double what we ended up paying with another company that came out 2 hours later. Be careful of the service fee that will be “waived” if they end up doing the work because once they are at your place the estimate is extremely high. You will end up paying the service fee.

Two springs broke on Saturday morning. Precision sent Technician Devon Nelson to the rescue. By 3:00pm the door was back in working order. Devon was on top of his game. My second time using Precision Garage Door. I called at 230. I got a same day appointment for 4-6. A technician was available early and the door was repaired by 4 o’clock. Jonathan was friendly and professional. I’ll use them again, for sure.
