I asked for a quote and Rudy came out to my house within a few days, great personality and friendly. I agreed to buy the same day. I was told 2-3 weeks, however after 4 weeks I had to call to see the status, and I was told that it just came in that day. They came out at the 5 week mark and did a great job on the installation, cleaned up all the parts, gave me instructions on the door itself and helped set up the opener on my truck. I would recommend this company for a new garage door

Precision was contracted through our home warranty service.Our appointment was scheduled for 12pm.Devon Nelson was the tech that did the service,he was very professional,and courteous, he called an hour and a half prior to our appointment and arrived at 11am ,and had the job done within the hour.
