My sister recommend Precision as they have used the company several times. The service tech was very thorough with the explanation of what the problem was and what was needed to repair/replace our garage door opener, springs, cables, etc. We are very happy with the service and the end result. The repairman, Jonathan Zwart, was so wonderful!! Not only did he assess the problem thoroughly before offering me an estimated cost to repair, but he listed additional options to improve the performance of my garage door opener. Jonathan also explained the security features available on the newer openers for when the time comes to replace my older model garage door opener. Precision provides a 2 hour window for arrival and Jonathan was right on time, here at 8 AM so I could get the repair and get on with my own schedule. I have had other repairs, plumbers and carpentry, recently and I experienced price gouging and pricing surprises. I did not experience any of that with Precision. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door and their technician Jonathan Zwart.

My garage door broke and I had a car full of groceries. I managed to get the door up but was afraid to close it. I saw an ad on tv the next morning for Precision Doors and it was like someone knew I needed help. I called and the repair man was here within 4 hours. My technician knew what to do and had broken springs replaced in about an hour. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and made me feel like I was in good hands. I was very pleased with the service and attention I received from Jonathan, the tech who came to my home today. He was polite, focused, knowledgeable, and professional throughout his evaluation of my requested assessment and maintenance. He patiently explained what he discovered, and, showed me evidence of what he was referring to. I appreciated his attention to detail, statistics, and his clarity in explaining it all to to me. John arrived an hour early, (on a holiday day!) and immediately identified and fixed the problem. He explained very clearly what probably caused the problem and added an extra protective device to insure it doesn't happen again. This is the third experience I've had with this company and all three have been wonderful! Prompt, efficient, courteous. Wish more companies would operate like Precision Door!
