My name is Alex Stack. I was raised in Lakeville, Minnesota and spent eight years in the U.S. Army. I currently live in Minneapolis with my better half Alyson and infant daughter Piper. In my spare time I enjoy blacksmithing and playing video games. I look forward to providing you professional garage door and operator service.

Our repair service was excellent. Alex, who did our repair service, came to our home on a Sat in a timely manner and reviewed the issues in detail along with the quote. He completed the repair and serviced our other garage door with no hidden costs. I would highly recommend this company without reservation.

I received 3 quotes and decided to go with Precision because of cost, professionalism and responsiveness to my questions. I also was given a referral from a friend who had two new doors installed this summer. They were not the least or most expensive, more importantly I wanted great service with a great product. I had both a new door and opener installed. Alex did an exceptional job explaining my options.The install from Eli and Jason was great as they were friendly, professional and efficient from beginning to end. At the end Alex followed up with me on a minor concern to make sure I was a satisfied customer and Eli and Jason came back out and made the adjustment. I chatted on a Sunday morning to have service on the door performed on Sunday evening. Chat was handled very professionally and I was given all the information I needed. On the Sunday before Christmas weekend, late morning, Precision was able to send a tech out to replace the broken spring on our garage door (discovered the hard way when the door wouldn't raise for us to get the car out). Their tech, Alex Stack, was extremely prompt and cheery (in clear contract to the stress I was feeling, worrying how I was going to get the car out of the garage to get to work and run errands). When we called the company, they gave an estimate for when they would arrive, but Alex also communicated a closer estimate by calling us about 15 mins to his arrival, so we were able to clean the house and carry on with our baby rather than wait by the door. He arrived within an hour or so of our call to the company, and he fixed the spring within an hour or so of arriving. The door works great now, just like new. He was clear about the cost, it was affordable and reasonable, and Alex's service was exceptional. I would call this company again for any garage door service I need. I recommend them hands down.

I always go to TrustVets.com for my home maintenance needs. It's the least I can do for those who have served. I was very pleased with the service. Alex was very friendly and explained everything to me that he would be doing to repair the garage door opener and the rollers on the door itself. He let me know the cost of everything before he began his work. He provided me with information on how to keep up the maintenance on the rollers too. Thank you for a job well done! The business cards that I brought to work have disappeared, so that should be a good sign!!

Alex was prompt and polite, even though it was an after hours call and freezing cold, and the garage is detached. He identified the problem, as well as some maintenance that could be done to prevent further issues. He gave me options, and fixed the issue so I could rest easy that my door was able to be closed tonight. I appreciate the prompt service!
